Conference Registration
Conference Registration
Conference Registration is $200, which includes conference materials, four (4) meals, and a conference shirt. Registration fees must be received or postmarked by June 15, 2020. Registrations received after June 15 will be considered on-site registrations with no guarantee of meals. Note: Group rates are not available. There will be a $35 returned check fee.
On-site Registration
Conference on-site registration is $250. On-site registration opens on July 16 at 1:00 p.m. at the registration booth at the hotel. Only cash, money orders, credit or debit cards, and church checks will be accepted for on-site registration, as personal checks will not be accepted. In addition, meals will not be guaranteed. Note: There will be a $35 returned check fee.
Conference Meals
Pre-registration includes four (4) meals for participants: breakfast and lunch on Friday and breakfast and lunch on Saturday. Participants must indicate special meal accommodations when registering. A hotel restaurant is available as well as nearby restaurants. Note: Meals are not guaranteed for registrations received after June 15.
Youth Track
The conference will include general sessions and break-out sessions relevant to issues and concerns pertinent to youth. Youth (PreK-12) are encouraged to participate in the conference and the Bell Institute. Parent consent waivers must accompany each youth registration. At least one chaperone (aged 25 years or older) is required for every eight (8) youth. Boys and girls must have separate hotel rooms. Adults cannot share a hotel room with youth (unless the adult is the parent of the youth).
Young Adults
Sessions and social activities have been planned especially for young adults. Join other young adults to network and share experiences, successes, and challenges of life and ministry.
Creative Sharing
The explosion of the multiple talents of conference participants has challenged conference planners to provide ways to better facilitate “sharing” opportunities. Creative Sharing will be Friday, July 17. Parishes/dioceses are encouraged to combine and form joint presentations. For instance, mass choirs comprised of multiple parishes will have 9-minute presentation opportunities, while singular parish presentations will have 3-minute opportunities. Presentation guidelines will be available later.
Cancellation Refund Policy
Registration cancellations must be requested in writing. While conference registrations canceled before June 30 are refundable, they are subject to a $50 administrative fee. Refunds will be issued after August 15. Registrants canceling after June 30 will not receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived.
